However, many people find that scheduling a facial or massage every three to six weeks provides optimal benefits for maintaining skin health and addressing muscle tension. Ultimately, the ideal frequency depends on your personal goals, lifestyle, and the specific recommendations provided by your esthetician or massage therapist during your consultation, Keep in mind the frequency for you as an individual can change from time to time as well. We pride ourselves on honesty here at Exquisite Relief so if you are ever wondering if you should increase or decrease your frequency please feel free to ask you service provider at your next appointment!

    We do have packages and promotions that will pop-up through out the year, keep checking in! If you are looking for continuous discounts on services and products you might want to check out our Exquisitely Elite Membership, unlike most spa memberships ours is one annual fee that will allow you to access your benefits immediately!

    Yes, all of our massage therapists and estheticians at Exquisite Relief are licensed professionals. We believe in providing exceptional and safe services to our clients, which is why all of our staff members are highly qualified and hold the necessary licenses and certifications in their respective fields. Additionally, our team undergoes ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and procedures in the industry. You can rest assured that you are in good hands when you visit Exquisite Relief for a massage, facial, or waxing service!
  • Do I need to be completely undressed for my service?
    At Exquisite Relief, we want you to feel comfortable during your visit. You may undress to your level of comfort for your service, and our experienced therapists can walk you through the expectations of the service that you have booked and you can decide what that level of comfort is. Keep in mind any undergarment that is left on is considered a boundary for our service providers and to protect you as the client and them as the provider they will not move any undergarment left on. Our professional service providers will ensure that you are draped with sheets or towels at all times to protect your privacy during a massage or facial service. (Waxing services are a bit more of a clinical setting and depending on the area may require certain articles of clothing to be removed.)
